Today I saw Creamtpuses stuck to the underside of rocks hanging upside down! They looked just like the brown stalagtites on the rocky cliffs around here... camoflage?

Today a creamtopus got startled by an ocean mola floating by and sprayed a large spray at it! I couldn't get close enough to examine it, I'll need to keep investigating !

Let me start off by saying-- I'm sorry creamtopuses! I set up an ocean mola to startle them while I was near by, to see what happened, and they did spray their ink! It seems like... chocolate syrup? I'm going to bring it to my baker friend to confirm...
Puff's log- day 19!
We ran some tests on the creamtopus ink, and it does seem to be chocolate syrup! I'm a bit too nervous to try it, but Amie came by and stuck his paw in and said it was tasty! Very strange... do they distract predators with delicious chocolate?
Puff's log- day 20!
Today, too creamtopuses got stuck to one another, and I helped them to get unstuck! I had to gently rub on their heads until they relaxed and let go. it was very cute!
