Welcome to the Garden of Love!

In Baotato Valley, the start of spring is heralded by a million blooming flowers. Here, nutrient rich soil allows for a wide range of flora to grow. This great abundance of flowers, in both number and variety, attracts locals and visitors alike, seeking to both admire and gift these blooms.

"And I'd like to bring that experience to New Bao City, flowerbud!" Baogonia says. "But I'll need a helping paw, if you'd be so kind to lend it."

Baogonia is planning an exhibition at the Botanical Gardens in New Bao City, but she can’t manage alone! Plant seeds, help them grow, gather flowers and reap what you sow at Baogonia's "Garden of Love".

The Botanical Gardens, located just on the outskirts of New Bao City, is a sprawling swathe of land full of flora, lush with greenery, and dotted with various buildings. One such building is the newly built conservatory: a large geodesic dome that is otherwise quite barren!

Baogonia is inside, standing next to a patch of empty soil. Next to her is a supply of gardening tools. “It may not look like much now,” she says. “But once we’re done, I’m sure it’ll be quite a sight, flowerbud!”

Baogonia sounds confident, but that sure is a lot of space to fill... while her ambition is admirable, this project will surely take forever!

Perhaps sensing your hesitation, Baogonia shoots you a reassuring grin. “Sometimes, it’s nice to take things slow. There’s nothing quite like a well tended garden, especially one that you’ve personally helped nurture!” Baogonia says. “And... I just think that if you help put love out into the world, the world becomes just a little bit more beautiful. So let’s work hard together, okay?”

How to play

During this event, you will plant seeds and grow flowers. 

• Complete the My First Garden quest to unlock the Botanic Gardens.
• At the Botanic Gardens, click any open plot. Use a ‘fertilizer’ to prepare a plot. Then, select ‘botanic seed’ to cultivate. You can tend to each plot once per day.
• Check in daily to tend to your plots. After a few days, your flower will be ready to harvest!
  
  • Please be careful not to overwrite your plot!
    
    

What can I do with my flowers and bouquets?

• Each flower can be:
  • Sold for 10 beans 
  • Use ‘open box’ in your inventory to be granted its respective character title
    • You will not get any beans if you do this.
  • Any three [3] flowers can be traded-in to create one [1] bouquet
    
• Each bouquet can be:
  
  • Use ‘open box’ in your inventory to donate it to the community pool
    
    • You will also recieve between 30-60 beans from doing this.
  • Three [3] bouquets can be traded-in for a random berry
    
    

What are the community prizes?

• At the END of the event, all users who have donated a bouquet (i.e. on the community pool list) will be granted additional rewards based on goals met. Each user will be granted one copy of each reward, except for the "Pretty Pitaya" baobear, which will only go to one user.
• All items, pets, and titles unlocked through the community goals will be available at Baogonia’s Boutique after the event ends.

Community Pool Goals:

• 1 Bouquet: Award - Garden of Love
• 10 Bouquets: Pet - Frogbert (Bouquet)
• 30 Bouquets: Treat - Botanic Tisane
• 60 Bouquets: Title - Bouquet Title
• 100 Bouquets: One MYO slot added to raffle pool
• 150 Bouquets: Title - Sprout
• 200 Bouquets: ???

Raffle Prize:

• The community pool doubles as raffle entries for ONLY the "Pretty Pitaya" Baobear. All users who donate to the community pool are automatically entered. Each donation equals one raffle ticket. This raffle will be drawn at the end of the event.
• The other two baobears are seperate raffles and are entered as monthly raffles instead and will be drawn at the end of February and then at the end of March.

What are the available Bouquet Trade-In Prizes?

• Instead of donating to the community pool, bouquets can also be traded-in the cooking tab for a random berry.

EVENT RAFFLE

The raffle associated with this event is the "Pretty Pitaya" baobear. All users who donate a bouquet will be automatically entered into the raffle. For the other two baobears, "Melon Soda" and "Tangerine Kisses", please visit the raffles page!
