[2024] Event Rebalance & Happy Vday!

Hello! Just a quick notice of some event rebalances:
- Event prompt rewards have been adjusted
- Bouquets now give out 20-50 beans instead of 30-60
- You can trade-in your x1 fertilizer for x1 botanic seed until the end of February
- Alternatively, you can sell x1 fertilizer for 10 beans in your inventory
- Fertilizer has been removed from the shop

We recieved dozens of applications, and we're sorry that we don't have space to fit everyone.
