a cranky and uptight bao, he ran for (and was appointed) sheriff of his small community so that he can make and enforce rules. he does have a soft spot, it's just hard to find under that doughy exterior. he is very kind to pleasant and law-abiding baos. he can be very dad-like at times, despite hating babies and kids.

he has always been a very standoffish guy and a total stick in the mud. he never really had many hobbies in his younger years, but now that he's getting older he thinks maybe he should learn to enjoy life a little (while still creating rules for every single thing because he can't help himself)
