Hallow doesn't know who he is or where he came from... he woke up, late one evening, in the dumpsters outside of Vanity Bao. When Sanguine happened to pass by at the end of the work day, and Hallow asked him a question-- Sanguine actually took him home and helped him, a bit of an odd move for the selfish CEO. Hallow has since become dedicated to paying Sanguine back, especially as Sanguine continues to help him find his memories. He's a bit too naive to realize how bad some of the things Sanguine does are, so he follows along blindly and with an ever-cheerful attitude.
