i. Today I made sweet rice and mango with coconut milk. Sprinkle a little bit of roasted sesame seeds on top and it’s delicious! Perhaps this should be a menu item at the bistro.. Make sure to use ripe mangos that are very soft and sliced into cubes or bite size pieces!

ii. Decided that I needed to pick up a new hobby. Cooking is nice, but it's also nice to try other activities. I spent a week on this embroidery pattern for a bee. Bee kind. I chose this pattern because though there can be trouble with others or ourselves, we should always strive to be kind.

iii. Went to the library and behind the building is a duck pond! There were several people out and about feeding the ducks. One came hopping up the railing and followed me around. Yikes! It was a little scary. I was afraid that I was going to lose my filling! Perhaps I need to get a hamster ball for such outings..
