Based on the german pastery "Berliner" (in some parts of germany called "Krapfen" instead, but I use the name from my area ;3)
The common version has powdered sugar on top and a filling of strawberry jam!
But especially during the carneval time you can find "special editions" like chocolate, full strawberry or with sprinkles; some even with alcohol :>

I really love the idea of making a baobear version of it haha, it is very simple but I think baos would love it :>
