Rascal is devious, naughty, and overall a hoarder. He hoards food, shinies, and other various goodies and carries it around in a giant sack. While he often is tricky and a bit of a scam artist, he isn't completely heartless. He'll occasionally hand out the hoard.... if only to make sure it doesn't spoil.
